APPLICATION OF MULTICRITERIA OPTIMIZATION METHOD FOR SUPPORT MAKING IN HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATION

Paper proves the identification of human resources management problem as an estimation problem in fuzzy environment. For intelligent decision-making support based on the TOPSIS method multicriteria optimization method affording experts competence accounting is offered. On the basis of this method  an experiment on realization of information software of decision-making support system  is conducted on the example of employment problem. Comparative analysis of the results received on the basis of traditional and offered decision-making support methods is carried out and advantages of the latter are shown. (pp. 92-103)
