FORECASTING OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY PRODUCTION WITH FUZZY TIME SERIES APPLICATION (azerb.)

In this paper a new method for handling production electrical energy based on fuzzy time series is proposed. In the proposed method for fuzzy relation matrice formation and to get forecasting values a fuzzy implication  of ALI-3 is used. For describing chronological data as fuzzy sets Bell membership function is applied and for formation of fuzzy relation matrice fuzzy rule with  structure IF... THEN... ELSE.... is used. On the basis of suggested methods the forecasting results are given, and efficiency of methods application is conditioned (pp. 53-63).
