DEVELOPMENT OF CONTROL ALGORITHM FOR COMPUTER DIAGNOSIS OF HUMAN TEETH
The article aims at developing an algorithm for diagnosis and decision-making, depending on the types of diseases that can occur in human teeth. Based on this goal, the research questions of the article are identified. At initial stage, the task is to determine the types of disease, study the causes of their occurrence and create a database. The tasks of graphical representation, evaluation of dental diseases in accordance with the current pain sensations, and development of an algorithm that provides the automaton process of accurate diagnosis of dental disease and its treatment are also highlighted. Based on the collected information about the types of human dental diseases, a relational database is created. The types of dental diseases stored in the database, the causes of their occurrence and their fuzzy values corresponding to degrees of each dental disease are determined, the process of diagnosing dental diseases through logical modeling is described. Based on current dental monitoring, an algorithm is developed using fuzzy production rules to accurately select the dental disease. Based on the degree of patient’s caries, an algorithm for diagnosing the caries disease levels is proposed using logical expressions, as well as a schematic description of the current state of all teeth, which more accurately assesses the degree of caries (medium and deep) and builds a decision-making algorithm. The degrees of disease of each dental caries are described graphically-frontally, from above and side, and the structure of pain sensations of human tooth sections, their positions and types of possible diseases, and the scheme of their representation are proposed. Based on the diagnosis of caries by severity, the treatment methods of these diseases are selected (pp.99-107).
