WEB ANALYTICS: STATE-OF-THE-ART, STANDARDS, TOOLS AND PROBLEMS

The article presents detailed information about web analytics. The history, state-of-the-art, basic stages, standards and tools of web analytics are highlighted. Web analytics problems are explored and the studies conducted in this field throughout the world are analyzed (pp.109-118).
