METHODS FOR QoS MONITORING AND MANAGING OF COMPUTER NETWORKS (rus.)

In the conditions of use in computer networks set of various network protocols, appendices, services and multimedia which have various requirements to QoS (Quality of Service), providing for each of them the demanded QoS level becomes a serious problem. For the solution of this problem it is necessary to carry out in real time continuous monitoring and management of QoS parameters. For the purpose of the analysis of the problems associated with providing QoS, in the article existing methods of QoS monitoring and management are considered. (pp. 15-23)
