ВОЗМОЖНОСТИ И ПРОБЛЕМЫ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ БОЛЬШИХ ДАННЫХ В РЕШЕНИИ ЗАДАЧ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ЧЕЛОВЕЧЕСКИМИ РЕСУРСАМИ
В статье проанализирована ситуация, связанная с использованием больших данных (БД) в решении задач управления человеческими ресурсами (УЧР). Показана актуальность использования БД в принятии более объективных и мудрых решений в задачах УЧР. Отмечены некоторые приложения, существующие в стыке БД и задач УЧР, изложены возможности, перспективы и проблемы этой интеграции. Предложены некоторые рекомендации для успешной интеграции БД и задач УЧР. (стр. 39-48)
