THE CURRENT STATE, PROBLEMS AND PERSPECTIVES OF E-GOVERNMENT ANALYSIS TECHNOLOGIES
In this paper, e-government maturity models have been analyzed. The role of text mining and social network analysis technologies in e-government was investigated; the current state of research in this field has been analyzed. In the result of investigation, the existing problems and future research directions in this field have been identified (pp.53-63).
