The article analyzes the state of big data (BD) integration in solving the problems of human resource management (HRM). The urgency of the use of BD in making more objective and wise decisions in problems of HRM is shown. Some applications in common in BD and HRM objectives are highlighted, integration opportunities, prospects and problems are presented. Some recommendations are proposed for the successful integration of BD and HRM objectives. (pp.33-40)
