The paper presents the types and features of virtual organizations and the characteristic features of human resource management. Human resources management in virtual organizations ischaracterized as a matter of decision making in fuzzy environment. Based on the comparison of expert considerations for the alternative assessments, as well as on the hierarchical analysis method, detection of the contradictions in expert estimates and multiplicative aggregation methods for the selection of the best alternative. Decision making methodology is proposed for the selection of employees and partners. The solution of the recruitment issue, based on the proposed methodology, is described step by step (pp.16-26).
